520			_aFinds that the mix-adjusted house price was £221 758, up from £218 007 in December 2007. UK annual house price inflation had declined to 8.0% from 8.4% in the previous month. House price inflation in London was 13.8% in January, which shows an increase from December's figure of 12.2%. During the quarter ending in January 2008, UK house prices increased by 0.7%. This represents a small decline. During the three months ending in October 2007, it was 0.9%.
