Regionally, the picture is still more depressed, with surveyors in the East Anglia, the North and North West of England unanimous in reporting falling prices. Even Scotland, the best performing UK market, turned negative this month. As a result of low supply, the unsold stock on surveyors' books has reduced slightly.
