An increased amount of sale through distress will also result in a dwindling number of new instructions. The problems caused by the credit crunch have caused the predicted slump in property. However the full blown crash that was seen in the early 1990s is not expected to be seen again. Warns that one danger is the reduction in sales volume and slight reduction in price may persist for some time without clear resolution.
