The CB Richard Ellis Rent Index climbed 1.9% in the first quarter overall, but the rates of increase are below mid-2007 levels. Vacancy rates dropped by 5 basis points over the quarter to 6.76%. The CB Richard Ellis EU-27 Average Prime Office Yield Index rose to 5.28%, an increase of 14 basis points.
