520			_aApproves the ANUK/Unipol 'Code of standards for larger residential developments', which lays down standards of conduct and practice as regards the management of larger properties in multiple occupation occupied by individuals taking part in full time educational courses. The code is for premises where the owner or landlord is the educational establishment offering the courses and these are listed in the schedule of the code. The premises affected are not HMOs for the purposes of the Housing Act 2004 (except Part 1) and as such are not subject to mandatory licensing by the local housing authority under part 2 of the act. Comes into force 1 October 2008.
