Reveals that contractors are still reducing their tender prices as a result of sharp decline in amount of new orders and very low demand in construction work. Suggests that prices of new construction fell by 0.8% and new orders decreased by 10% in the third quarter 2008 compared with previous quarter. On the opposite, costs rose by 7.2% and wages increased by 4. 6% in the year leading to the third quarter 2008. Forecasts a fall of about 10% in tender prices over 2009 and 2010.
