However sales are quieter, with the retail and industrial sectors each being favoured by 23% of respondents. The total return for 2009 is forecast to be -11.7% pa, a further downward adjustment from the -5.2% pa quoted in the November 2008 survey. The 2010 total return forecast has also been adjusted downwards, from the 5.8% quoted in the November 2008 survey, to 2.6% pa.
