520 _aReports that the amount of industrial floorspace available in Great Britain rose by 2.6% from June to December 2009, to reach 23.925 million m2 by the end of December 2009, however this was a slower increase than in H2 2008. In H2 2009, the largest increase in available floorspace was in East Anglia, where supply rose by 11%. Availability also rose in the South West by 5.8%, and in the East Midlands by 5.2%. The North was the only area to see a drop in availability.
