Retail occupier market performance is still split between London and the regions with trading remaing difficult for the rest of 2010. City Grade A office space supply goes on contracting with expectations of further substantial rental growth whereas regional leasing shows some life. The logistics and industrial sector is still weak despite improved manufacturing figures. Continued residential market growth is offset by downside risks but foreign money still supports the top of the market.
