520 _aRICS UK Commercial Market Survey Q3 2010 shows business property letting activity easing for the second quarter in succession, most severely in the office sector. Surveyors report that occupier demand for commercial real estate fell again in Q3 2010 but at a slightly lesser pace than in Q2 2010. The outlook for rents has deteriorated although at a slower pace outside of the office sector. Occupier enquiries fell back modestly for the second consecutive quarter having expanded over the previous nine months. Space availability continued increasing nationally at roughly the same pace as last quarter.
