520 _aGlobal recovery boosting tenant expansion in 75% of markets is the key finding in RICS Global Commercial Property Survey Q4 2010. The outlook for property in Asia excluding Japan and Latin America was most positive though improvements were also visible in Russia and Germany. Rent expectations turned positive for the first time in this recovery in France and Germany and rental improvements were seen in much of emerging Europe. 'Peripheral' European countries Portugal and Spain saw a further deterioration in sentiment while the occupier recovery stalled in the UK.
