520 _aThe London office market continues to outperform the rest of the UK. Occupier demand and availability increasing nationally at broadly the same pace. The London office sector rental outlook is buoyed by rising occupier demand and falling availability. Rental outlook for retail and industrial while much weaker than offices is also stronger in London than elsewhere highlights that moderate increases in both occupier demand and availability took place during Q2.
