520 _aMore countries see an increase in distressed properties coming to market in Q4 than in Q3 although pace still modest. Fewer countries see a rise in enquiries into distressed listings from specialist funds. US, Australia, UK and Germany see rising distressed listings in Q4 while Russia and Brazil continue to see declines. Expectations for distressed property listings in Q1 rise at a faster pace in 40% of markets and notably in Hungary, Germany and UK.The Q4 monitor continues to show only a modest pick up in distressed properties coming to market at a global level.
