This consultation seeks views on a proposal for an Assessment of Carbon and Energy Performance (ACEP) for eligible exisiting non-domestic buildings. The ACEP would be made up of: an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC); a Recommendations Report; and an Action Plan. Deadline for comments is 20 January 2012. | ||
