All Property rental values saw no overall movement in March as in February. Over Q1 2012 industrials performed the strongest with total returns of 1.1%. Equivalent yields moved out by two basis points in March. Of the three asset classes equities returned 6.1%, gilts and property trailing on 1.5 % and 0.5% respectively.
