Reports on how the housing stock meets the Decent Homes Standard as defined by the Housing, Health and Rating Safety System (HHSRS) 2006, looks at heath and safety and energy performance issues. English Housing Survey (EHS) started in April 2008, an amalgamation of the English House Condition Survey and Survey of English Housing.
