_v2 July 2012
520 _aNo changes in house prices in June 2012. Economic uncertainty and the beginning of the seasonal summer slowdown saw new buyer registrations record the first month-on-month decline for five months. Overall demand fell by 0.5% in June. The supply of homes for sale continues to grow. Demand is set to decline further over the summer as the seasonal slowdown begins to kick in. As a result the balance between supply and demand is set to widen, putting further downward pressure on prices.
