520 _aReports on a barter-partnership deal between Coventry City Council and Bellway Urban Renewals which has led to a £3.4 million housing development forming part of a wider scheme by the Council to regenerate a run-down area of the city. The Council provided the land and 928,000 through a DOE Urban Development Grant and Bellway invested £2.4million in the scheme and agreed to sell the homes to existing council tenants. Profit margins were agreed beforehand and any extra profit made would be deducted from the grant under a claw-back clause.
