Focuses on identification of factors leading to construction delays in order to proffer workable solution. The study found that site location, overestimation of production and competency of consultants are the three most severe factors leading to delay in projects. It is recommended that inclusive methodology should be applied and experts need to educate the clients on the consequence of the clients? actions and reactions on the performance of the projects.
