520 _aQBD 12 May 1995. K applied for outline planning permission to build an agricultural workers dwelling. He resided on a separate planning unit 350m from the farm. The District Council refused the application. On appeal, the Inspector found that there was need for one worker to live on the farm and that the worker could live in the farmhouse. "Held" the Inspector`s decision was was quashed. He had inadequately applied the test of availability and suitability to the material before him. Application granted.
