520 _aEvaluates the impact the World Bank has had with projects focused on Land Adminstration and Management (LAM) in the Europe and Central Asia (ECA) and assesses what still needs to be done. In the ECA region there has been a major reform in the LAM sector because of the political changes that occurred following the collapse of socialism in the late 1980s to early 1990s.
