520 _aReport by CBI and GVA Grimley, 'Survey of Property Trends' shows occupier demand for commercial property hit a two-year high over the last six months as confidence rose. The twice yearly survey carried out in November 2003 covered 204 private sector firms and shows companies expect property holdings to increase in every UK region and sector over the first half of 2004. Occupier demand is expected to increase in every major commercial property sector over the next six months, with retailers the most optimistic.
