| 520 | _aLatest London office market report by Atis Real Weatheralls shows that the City of London's office market saw take-up increase by 14% in the final quarter of 2003 which gave a more optimistic end to a rather difficult year. Quarter four take up in the City was 778 000 sq ft which offered a reasonable recovery from the previous quarter. The recovery is expected to continue throughout the rest of 2004 but the vacancy rate which is currently at 14.5% is not expected to peak until the middle of the year.
