(J125595) commissioned by RICS and the South East England Regional Assembly which examines whether the planning system is capable of delivering the required waste management structure in England and Wales. The findings show that at present the planning system is not providing enough new capacity to cope with projected increases in waste generation. Table shows number of waste facilities and area required by 2015 in Berkshire, Kent, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, East Sussex, Oxfordshire, Surrey, and West Sussex. | ||
