The projects will provide £1.35m of aid over two years for start-ups, existing small businesses and social enterprises. They will be centred on the government's designated Enterprise Areas within Gloucester/Cheltenham, Newcastle, Hartlepool, Sunderland, Halifax and Bradford/Leeds.
