520 _aPresents the results of the 2004 "Inside Housing" survey of the top 50 housing association developers in England. The survey reveals big new allocations, bigger than ever programmes for the successful bidders and a continuing shift of work to southern England. In the first year under the Housing Corporation's reinventing investment policy, 80% of the Approved Development Programme (ADP) went to just 70 partner associations and also for the first time successful associations have been guaranteed cash for two years. Tables cover the top 50 housing association developers and the top 25 ADP recipients.
