| 520 | _aThe ODPM has entered the house price index fray by releasing its "Statistical release house price index: June 2004" (http://www.odpm.gov.uk/pns//pnattach/20040192/7.p df). Its figures reveal that annual house price inflation in the UK in June 2004 was 13.9%, up from 12.2% in May.
