520 _aAccording to the latest "RICS economic forecast: construction output", the construction industry looks set to see another year of firm growth after annual output hit 9.1% in the first quarter of 2004. This growth is expected to continue into 2005 but a slowdown is expected in the latter part of the year as public spending growth slows.
