| 520 | _aThe DTI has released "New construction orders: July 2004". Figures show that orders in the year to July 2004 fell by 1%, compared to orders in the previous 12 month period. However, orders in the three months to July rose by 12% compared to the same quarter in 2003. Private housing orders in the three months to July 2004 fell by 10% compared to the previous quarter and public housing and housing association orders fell by 18%.
