520 _aHometrack's "Monthly London survey: October 2004" reveals an average house price fall of -1.1% following last month's drop of -0.7%. This is the fourth consecutive month during which London house prices have fallen and the average London house price now stands at £268 800. For the first time since the survey began, all London boroughs reported price falls. The worst affected were Southwark and Lewisham which both saw falls of -1.8%.
