520 _aAccording to a recent survey by MORI on behalf of Shelter, seven out of 10 people in the UK believe that the country is in the middle of a housing crisis. The results showed that 74% of people believe that rising house prices are the main problem with 61% of people citing run-down estates as the biggest cause of concern.
