Henry Pryor, formerly of FPD Savills, has set up a new operation trading under the name of Charles Lister, which links more than 100 offices across the UK through a small version of the multiple listing system (MLS) used in the USA and in parts of Europe. Charles Lister shares a 2.5% joint agency fee with the office marketing a property if a property is sold to clients who found it via the site. | ||
