Annual house price inflation to date eased to15% from 15.3% in October 2004. The "Nationwide monthly house price review: November 2004" also shows that the price of a typical house is now £153 439. Although prices have dropped over the past few months, the descent has been a slow orderly one rather than a rapid crash.
