| 520 | _aNew planning rules to help bring an end to the suffering caused by unauthorised developments have been announced by the planning minister. A public consultation has been launched on the draft regulations for temporary stop notices. The new measures in the regulations will give local councils the power to order law breakers to remove illegal development or face prosecution.
