Homes England is currently undergoing a restructure based around 3 divisions, these being development, investment and Markets, Partners and Places which will liaise with stakeholders such as local authorities with a new national centre based in Coventry. The agency’s vast land bank will free sites up for new housing and it will continue to make land obtained from government departments such as the Ministry of Defence (MoD) available.
