| 520 | _aLVC/110-115/1987. 1 February 1988. An appeal by the owner of a private multi storey car park against the decision of a lvc in determining the assessment of six car parking spaces. At issue was the correct approach to valuation . The LT reduced the gross value of each of the six spaces by £10. The ratepayers sought reduction s of between £20 and £30 for the six spaces. The VO upheld the decision of the LT - the correct approach was to ascertain the gross value of a car parking space assuming it was in the ground floor or basement and then compare the figures with the spaces in question. A reduction to the gross value of each of the spaces of £10 was made. | ||
