520 _aLT 13 December 1996. V sought the freehold of a house in Maida Vale, London. The Leasehold Valuation Tribunal determined the price payable at £258,000. V contended the price was too high and that an allowance should be made in the valuation to reflect the risk of remaining in possession under the provisions of Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Pt 1. K cross-appealed and suggested improvements were not V`s to be disregarded. "Decision" price payable should be £310,000. £5,000 was deducted for agreed improvements. The marriage value was shared equally between the parties.
