The son sold the land in 1934 and the purchasor took possession of the land. The defendant was registered as the grandson`s successor, the grandson died in 1962, the purchaser of the land died in 1991. The defendant sought to recover the land from the plaintiffs who were the purchasors` successors. Plaintiffs appealed against the decision that the defendant held legal title. Appeal allowed.
