520 _aIn Order of the Holy Trinity Convent v Wyre Forest DC and another , CA 21 March 1989, it was held that a decision of an inspector conducting an inquiry into an appeal, under Town and Country Planning Act 1971 s36 against refusal of planning permission would not be reversed merely because he decided the appeal without waiting for the report and recommendations, known to be imminent, of another inspector conducting an inquiry into the relevant local plan .
