When ILEA is taken over in April 1990 by 13 London boroughs responsibility for its property holdings will pass also. Shaw/Sprunt , database consultants, has been working with two authorities, Lewisham and Hammersmith and Fulham , to develop databases of the properties. The results of their work show the need for repair , renewal and cyclical maintenance and will allow better planning. Contains graphs of the results.
