520 _aIn "Barwick and another v Kent CC" CA 29 January 1992, an appeal for a declaration that B were entitled to exercise the right to buy a dwelling house, in which they were secure tenants, under the Housing Act 1985 s118, was upheld. Dismissed the landlord`s claim that the house fell within the curtilage of the fire station with reference to "Dyer v Dorset CC".
