520 _aIn "Meadows and another v Home Properties Ltd" ORB 25 February 1993 the plaintiffs were tenants of premises used as architects offices. The landlord entered into a covenant for quiet enjoyment and was entitled to carry out works without interruption to the tenants business. Works did go ahead and caused severe disruption to the tenants business. The judge held for the tenants who were entitled to damages.
