X entered into a voluntary arangement with his creditors, including M. M sought payment of arrears from R. At the summons hearing, M`s claim was struck out on the grounds that the arrangement absolving X from liability also absolved R. M appealed. Appeal allowed. Judgment for the plaintiff. | ||
