520			_aLT 7 November 1989. Appeal against an lvc decision increasing the assessment of a brickworks , quarry , workshop and premises. The appeal concerned the rateability of two large pressure vehicles used for storing liquid petroleum gas, each weighing about 50 tonnes with 227 cu m capacity due to be moved at a later date. H claims that under Plant and Machinery Rating Order 1960 Class 4 substituted by the Plant and Machinery Rating Amendment Order 1974 , they are rateable. It was held that this was so. Appeal dismissed.
