520			_aThe BPF has launched a collateral warranty form setting out a standard form of warranty agreement protecting tenants and purchasers. The form has been adopted by the Association of Consulting Engineers, Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland. RIBA and the RICS. However the Association of British Insurers has expressed concern that the form does not include liability for economic and consequential loss. Members of the JCT will be asked to adopt the BPF form as the basis of a JCT standard form of warranty.
