520 _aExamines the benefits of assigning an agricultural tenancy to a family company. As a company does not die the freeholder would be precluded from serving a notice to quit under Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 Sch 3 Case G, the interest of the next generation in the tenancy would be assured by the ability to transfer to them shares in the company and the criteria for succession set out in Part IV of the Act should not need to be satisfied.
