| 520 | _aQBD 27 March 1991. In October 1985, the SoS approved the Hereford and Worcester County Structure Plan with modifications. The accompanying letter proposed a joint study in regard to the future prospects of Redditch, by Hereford and Worcester DC and Warwickshire CC. In April 1987 they delivered an interim report stating that the extent of location and the desirability of future development could only be determined in conjunction with the statutory planning process which included a statement recognising the development of 67 acres in the Beoley and Holt End areas. Bromsgrove DC in response expressed the view that development to the north and east of Redditch was unacceptable. When the final proposal was published the area was still included. Hereford and Worcester CC required this to be added to the structure plan for high technology development. Bromsgrove DC issued objections.
