520 _aCA 11 March 1994. B held two leases of commercial premises from H, for a 25 year term. The leases required H to insure the premises, at a reasonable premium, against specified risks, and obliged B to pay the premium as an additional rent. In January 1990, H demanded sums for reimbursement of insurance premiums which B paid under protest, claiming the amount was not fair and reasonable. Judgment given to H and B appealed. Appeal dismissed.
