520 _a"Estates Governors of Alleyn`s College v Williams", Chd 14 January 1994, held that on an appeal by a freeholder to an arbitrator against the refusal, by the managers of a scheme approved by the court under Leasehold Reform Act 1967 s19, of consent to a proposed development, such consent being subject to a proviso that it `shall not be unreasonably withheld` it was for the freeholder to show that the refusal was one at which no body of managers, acting reasonably, could have arrived.
