520 _aA landlord exercised his option under a lease, of a rent review at the end of each fifth year. Failing agreement between the landlord and tenant the matter was referred to arbitration. The dispute arose as to the meaning of "fair market rent" and whether the geographical location of the building fell to be disregarded in arriving at rent figure. Held, that the definition of "fair market rent" does not fall to be understood as excluding comparison by reference to locality insofar as it might have a bearing on the rent at which a building might be expected to be let.
